Set on a long, narrow site with a steep slope towards the sea, the house responds to the natural topography through a series of terraced platforms that organize access, outdoor living spaces, and the different levels of the project.
The approach begins at the highest point of the site, where the parking areas are carefully integrated into the descending terrain through a series of stepped platforms. Conceived as a detached home with all four façades exposed, the house opens towards the landscape, making the most of its privileged position overlooking the Mediterranean.
Its architecture combines a rustic, timeless character with references to the traditional farmhouses of Tuscany. Dry-stone walls, an external insulation system finished with lime render, pitched roofs, and traditional clay roof tiles create a warm, natural material palette that is deeply connected to its surroundings.
Outdoors, a long infinity pool extends the architecture visually towards the horizon, strengthening the relationship between the house, water, and landscape. At the lowest level of the site, closest to the sea, a separate pavilion provides a secluded space for relaxation and contemplation. An outdoor jacuzzi, a lounge area, and a fire pit complete this intimate setting, designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate, panoramic views, and the close connection to the sea.
The project transforms the challenges of a long, narrow, sloping site into a sequential architectural experience, where each level reveals a new way of inhabiting and engaging with the landscape.

STONE, TIMBER, AND LIME
This space is conceived as a contemporary Mediterranean retreat, where architecture embraces the warmth of natural materials to create a serene and immersive atmosphere. Lime render lends a soft, tactile texture, dry-stone walls introduce character and a sense of permanence, while the timber ceiling and flooring bring warmth, balancing the composition with a timeless and inviting quality.
Warm, understated indirect lighting complements the soft glow of the afternoon sun, gently accentuating the architectural volumes without overpowering them. Every element—from the living area to the fireplace seamlessly integrated into the dry-stone wall—is designed to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere and a space that feels deeply connected to everyday living.
