Sauleda is a century-old company specializing in all kinds of fabrics and awnings. For the second year, they challenged us to design a special stand for their annual fair. The concept of the Sauleda Stand for 2024 is to enter a new world—one that is sustainable, organic, and environmentally conscious. Sauleda is an innovative brand that is aware of current issues, and with their Sauleda Green awning, they lead the market with a fabric that purifies the air and absorbs CO2. This experience will be brought to life inside the Stand.
Entering the Stand is to experience a natural sensory journey; it is like stepping into a forest of leaves in different shades of green and sizes that transport us to nature. Using Sauleda fabrics, we create organic awnings and parasols shaped like leaves. A structure of leaves will cover almost the entire ceiling, projecting protected and sheltered spaces beneath these awnings.
One of the objectives is for as many elements as possible to be made with Sauleda fabrics.
Through organic shapes, a series of planters will be projected to help organize and create interior spaces. These planters will be filled with natural plants using a base of recycled biomass chips from the factory. The stems of these plants with large leaves will be located within these planters.
In terms of space distribution, the structure maintains a semi-elevated area at the back of the stand, which houses the VIP zone and the meeting room with views of the rest of the stand. The storage spaces are slightly enlarged to meet the fair’s requirements.
The structure of the stems will consist of large PVC tubes, coated and anchored to the ground, into which polypropylene tubes of varying thicknesses will be inserted according to the size of the leaves.

“Entering the Stand is like immersing yourself in a forest of green leaves where Sauleda fabrics and textiles recreate nature with organic awnings and parasols.”

“We designed an illuminated forest, where our lamps fill the space with shapes and enveloping light.”
