This residence enjoys a southern orientation and a gentle slope toward the back of the plot. The house is strategically located at the highest part of the land, leaving a large front space where the pool and garden are located.

The main design of this residence focuses on creating a seamless connection between the house and its natural surroundings. The rooms open onto the garden, allowing for direct visual communication between the interior and the surrounding nature, creating a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere.

All the main living spaces are on the ground floor, and a basement level is also planned to house auxiliary areas such as the parking, storage rooms, facilities, and service areas.

The façade of the entire house combines large dry stone walls from the region with an upper band finished with “SATE”-type mortars. We always use natural colors, like sand and stone, to blend the house into its surroundings.

The internal layout is open and modern, with continuous views of the garden and patios from all interior pathways. The outdoor paving in the garden areas and access ramps is made of tinted concrete and pavers. Inside, as well as in the outdoor living areas, the same natural stone is used, unifying and harmonizing the spaces.

GEOMETRY OPEN TO THE OUTDOORS

The floor plan of the house, based on three rectangles, transforms into a permeable geometry through courtyards and setbacks around the perimeter. These elements create small contemplative gardens, porches, and covered outdoor areas, connecting the house with its surroundings and extending the living space to the outdoors.

The building is organized into three interconnected volumes in a U-shape, creating an inner courtyard. Each volume has a specific function:

First Volume: Main entrance, stairs, guest bathroom and kitchen.

Second Volume: Living room and dining room, almost fully integrated with the garden.

Third Volume: Rest areas with bedrooms and bathrooms that open onto a private garden.

“The chosen materials such as lime plaster on the walls, dry stone walls and oak wood panels, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.”

“The outdoor spaces, especially the porches, become the heart of the home, providing a vital place for relaxation and connection with nature.”
