Located on Muntaner Street, this project represented a true challenge due to the deteriorated state of the original space. A complete renovation was carried out, radically transforming every corner of the property. To achieve greater spaciousness and flow between the rooms, it was decided to demolish walls and reorganize the spaces, creating a sense of brightness and connection.
In addition, a total change of carpentry was made, both interior and exterior, using high-quality materials that improve insulation and add modernity. The installations, both electrical and plumbing, were completely renewed and concealed, optimizing their functionality without compromising the aesthetics of the design.
An elegant high-quality parquet floor was installed providing a sense of natural warmth to the spaces and integrating perfectly with the contemporary design of the home.
To give the space a touch of warmth, oak wood was used in the creation of integrated shelving, combined with carefully arranged LED lighting that softly washes the wood, creating a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. The result is a modern, bright, and warm home where every detail has been designed to offer maximum quality and comfort.
